如果当时不是你自己开车的话，你可以做一份宣誓书，在宣誓书内提供有关当时驾驶员的姓名，性别，年龄，电话和联系地址等。然后将该宣誓书寄回至相关政府部门，让政府部门联系你的朋友。在这种情况下，政府有关部门收到该宣誓书后，会采取有关行动将扣分记在你朋友的名下。到时你便没有需要被扣分或者缴付任何罚款。
