我是Provisional Driving License，昨天收到驾照吊销通知单，并且注明我不能选择“Safer Driver Agreement”.我现在想去地方法院进行申诉。
我的情况是这样：
我和我老婆，女儿三个人住在一起，房子是自己买的，海外资金。
目前没有PR。
现在家里的唯一收入就是我的商业清洁生意，小孩在上Kindy，我这样的情况如果驾照吊销了，能不能算"'severe and unusual' hardship to either yourself or a dependent."?

请指教！

你好，郑律师

首先非常感谢您在论坛上对我发帖的回答！
我在六月初早晨因为上工迟到，离开家门后便在Anzac Hwy上超速行驶了约1KM，被巡警拦下后罚款，扣3分处理。我的驾照是P牌，有一个不得超过4分的限制，在13年12月份被扣过2分，所以这一次就给我吊销了6个月的驾照。
这是我第二次被吊销驾照，之前是持有中国驾照翻译本，同时持有南澳L牌，因为不清楚规则，独自驾车，故停牌。
这一次超速也是因为最近收到几个客户的投诉，所以发现上工迟到的时候就格外紧张，生怕丢了工作。

请问我这种情况有无机会申诉成功呢？谢谢！
