West End 双人大房出租啦！

欢迎 两男/ 两女/ couple组合前来咨询. 房租 每人110一周, 如果是单人入住那就$150 押金要交两周（P.S. 五,六个月算长租，可以降到105/wk; P.P.S. 只要没有什么出格的破坏，押金最后都会完全完全退的，一分钱都不会克扣，这个请不用担心。）
kitchen有点旧，但很实用，也很大，冰箱够用的，储存地方也是够的，无须担心。做饭完全没问题。盘子，碗，锅碗瓢盆的  这里都有，其余的，该有的基本上是都有的。

双人房，顾名思义，这个大房间配置有两张单人床，两个大书桌，一个大橱柜和两个开放式的大衣柜。 此外，房间还配备冷气设施，在酷热的夏天，您一点都不需要担心身上汗糊糊的 : )   

步行不到8分钟，即是199车站，这个直到city, chinatown的bus，即使在sunday night，依然有午夜的车开回家。平时，可以达成196，4分钟即可以到达。如果您是就读于Southbank Institute, 那就是太方便啦！ 走路10分钟就可以坐到教室里了，骑车更快了！若是在QUT，那您可以和我一样，走路上学，又锻炼身体，又节省路费，只是25分钟上下哦！

如果您担心与舍友的关系问题，那我可以告诉您，担心有点多余。 现在住在这里的，我男生一位，另外是两位很可爱的女孩子。平日有空的时候，会吃吃火锅，喝喝酒。每天晚上 也会聊聊天，哈哈笑。 ///您要是喜欢大自然，可以到外面走走的。走3分钟即是highgate hill最高处，是city view的哦！白天打完球我是喜欢躺在那里休息的；即便是晚上，也可以欣赏city的夜景。

我是一位房客，受房东之托，post 这个广告。 房东人很好，只要有需要，基本上会满足。北方人，性子耿直，大方。不会有 太津津计较的事情发生。有兴趣的，可以google map一下 16 Hove St, Highgate Hill.

这是外貌全景
距离QUT的位置 路线，走路的话二十分钟吧
这是一张单人床，挂衣服架子和床之间应该有一个大书桌，现在还没有‘而已
每个人都有挂衣服的架子，btw, 房子还蛮高的，感觉很宽敞。
这是另一边，两个人一起share这个大柜子，完完全全够用。(对我和我朋友来说)
房间摆设位置，蓝书桌旁边是个冷气机，夏天来了，可以开冷气啊，不限时！！！！
