[sup] Macquarie st , St lucia的两室一厅砖房unit，冬暖夏凉，位于第三层，绝对安全，完全没有受洪水影响。



走路 1分钟到UQ大牌子（如图看不清楚点击看大图）。Unit在小街道，环境优美安静。

 走路5分钟到小黑店， ferry，公车站412去city， Toowong。
 Full furnitured，single room内有新ikea床，壁柜，书桌，椅子，落地灯，提供洗衣机，冰箱，微波炉，餐桌，和电视。稳定网络。
 与一对中国UQ的postgraguate 夫妇合租，友好，安静，整洁，作息规律。
 房租：至明年2月： 175+bill （bill大概一周10刀）
 房租：至明年7月： 170+bill （bill大概一周10刀）
 要求干净，安静，作息规律，不抽烟，单身，好相处，无不良癖好，男女不限。
入住： 10月16日可以入住
