It has reverse cycle airconditioning/heating. The price includes electricity , gas , water and internet.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a separate self contained unit attached occupied by a good friend of mine..

The kitchen has a gas cook top for those who love to cook

The back garden is lovely with an avocado tree that I'd being very generous this year..

We have BBQ facilities and are fitting a home theater that you will be welcome to use..

We are close to bus stop 23 on hampstead road and the bus to the city takes about 15 _ 20 minutes depending on time of day..

We don't have a preference for age gender or lifestyle as long as you are friendly. All cultures welcome I value diversity..
