在一个很安静的townhouse里，步行去车站只要2分钟，by bus 3分钟可到griffith nathan校区以及mt gravatt校区，走路8分钟到mt gravatt校区，4分钟到garden city shopping centre，家门口的bus还可以直接到south bank和city。非常非常适合读语言，qibt，和nathan的学生，从出门到到学校也只要8分钟。如果你是开车的，也有车库空着，不用另你的车风吹雨打。

是一间十分大的单人房，白天很宽敞的窗户有明亮的阳光洒进来，安静，适合学习。房间包括所有家具，课桌，椅子，build-in wardrobe，还有一个很大的床和一个新的double size的床垫。台灯，垃圾筒以及其他一些生活用品如果你需要的话我可以送给你。卫生间很大，十分大，是和一位华人女生share，对方人很好，也很爱干净，所以厕所里也总是有着淡淡的香味。厨房也是公用的，冰箱买了不到半年，锅子和盘子如果需要也会买新的给你。

由于非常优势的地理位置，这套townhouse的本身租金就非常高，高出普通townhouse租金2－3成，而且我们的网是签的100刀一月，所以价格140一周已经很低（包括水电费，网费一切费用）长租可议价
