地址是13/22 Warren St, St Lucia.

小区后门出门穿过草坪走10分钟左右就到UQ。后门前门处都离车站特别近 走路1到3分钟
”小黑店“走路三分钟 转角处还有nando's 跟好吃的印度菜 泰国菜 还有一家很小的面包店。
交通什么的特别方便 小区有游泳池， 池水大概两三天换一次
跟两位中国女生及一名fiji女生share unit。
短租房租只要一周175 最少两个月，长租价格会有变动，跟房东面谈，bills全包 家具厨具齐全，拧包入住。
12月1号空房 具体截止时间可以面谈
