位于东北区GLynde 繁忙的Payneham Rd 上店主曾在韩国就是一名厨师，据有20年以上厨师经验，也曾经是悉尼知名快餐连锁店的主厨。本店经营超过7年时间客源稳定，大量回头客，华人，韩国人及local。主营韩式料理，炸鸡，火锅，便当，煎饼，汤饭还有寿司有酒牌。买家可在此基础上自己增加其他项目。

店面包括厨房大约71平米，有33个座位，租金$1623/月，年涨幅很低，Outgoing $272/月租约4+4。以上数据不含GST。

每周营业5天半，10am-2pm，5pm-9pm 周末半天。目前营业额大约32万一年。开放式厨房，6眼灶，Grill plate，煤气炸锅。冰箱冻柜齐全。一般2-3人可经营，周末4人。
