关于交通：
INDOOROOPILLY INTERCHANGE 有 BUS TO CITY ;TO GARDEN CITY ;TO UQ 等
从 SHOPPING CENTER 步行不到10分钟距离是　INDOOROOPILLY RAILWAY STATION
关于安全：
这区相当安全
关于房客：
现有房客都是学生，高中到 MASTER，个别将毕业，抱歉我们家不租couple。
关于房东：
房东爸爸妈妈都是台湾人，人很NICE,很贴心。
关于租金：
125刀不议价全包，绝对的 GOOD PRICE 哦。
关于租期：
房间现在可租，不缴bond，离开前至少两周 NOTICE ，欢迎长租。
关于房间：
房间面积绝对大过single－room，房内生活必须的家具齐全；
一个厨房，三个卫生间，其中两个带浴室。
关于其他:
大家同住一个屋檐下，相互了解很重要，恕不提供房间照片，更希望有意者本人来看房。
由于房间暂没空出来，所以请提前约定时间。
