其次，cohost的模式不是我设计的，而是airbnb已经实行很久了，并且很多local社区都很欢迎这种模式。
最后您提到留学生要承担的风险，我这里不是做善事，留学生被困在国内，而我恰好没有回国，
人在阿德莱德可以提供一些帮助避免留学生损失房租，出发点是好的
要求留学生自己设置账号，这样她才能进行审核，入住的究竟是谁，需要不需要接受入住。
这样才能避开风险，而且究竟能何时回来，也不一定，所以所谓的租房过来自己做，第一这是商业行为，我不是做慈善的
第二，我提供一个建议，接不接受是你们自己做决定的，就好像腊八节庙里有粥，
我跟饿着的人说，那里有粥，然后还要骂我，既然知道那里有粥，为什么不把粥端过来给你喝呢？
