无限制（WI-FI，电，气，冷热水，有线电话）

公寓楼内有阳台，停车场，自助洗衣机，烘干机，独立自习室，烤箱，公共烹饪区等等

公寓前台亲华友好，有各种免费组织活动，节日庆祝，可自行报名参加。每月几次各种免费咖啡，三明治，卷等食物，一楼自行领取

全公寓禁烟，室内烟雾报警器，前台对讲机

现锅碗瓢盆，餐具，调料，衣架，衣篮均齐全，需要的话可以帮你免费保留

学生公寓转租是与公寓前台签转租合同的，可大胆放心，清洁与房间复原费本人支付

转租信息：

本人阿大Master在读, 期末结束后回国，2020年11月24号即日或以后可随时拎包入住，租期是到2021年6月21号，到期可无缝续租。现官网全年租赁价为299刀/周，本人呕血价220刀/周。先到先得，帖子还在就是有。需要请咨询本人微信号：D113313113
