YOUR
ROLE
·
Provide lending support (inbound only, no cold
calls)
·
Assist with full application process
·
Provide customer service with the ability to
handle complaint and dispute
·
Liaise between relevant interested parties
during the lending process
·
Able to detect fraud and complete credit
compliance procedures
·
Verify and complete required credit and risk
assessments
PRE-REQUISITES
·
PR or Australian Citizen
·
Diploma or higher education, preferably Business
related
·
Fluent in verbal and written English
·
Must have 1-2 years office experience
·
Finance or mortgage related work experience
