我有一個大房出租,位在RUNCORN.有一個白皮的雙人大床

房子整理得很乾淨,也很舒適..房間裡有自己的電視和衣櫃.

房租是$150有包水電網

目前有兩位UQ學生(28yo and 19yo) 台灣和中國

如果你是一個不吸菸,又愛乾淨和安靜的人

會有一點house rule,但都很基本的要求.

比如說家裡不能有Party unless owner ok. 不能有朋友或女朋友過夜..都是希望大家可以住的舒適安靜
