The house is fully furnished with modern kitchen, fridge, TV, washing machine. Easy walk to buses (zone 2) on both Ipswich Road and Beaudesert Roads (100, 110, 115, 116, 117, 124, 125). 20minute bus ride to Griffith Uni (Nathan campus), 30mins travel time to UQ St Lucia. Under 10mins walk to Moorooka train station, Woolworths, bank and post office.
Looking for a considerate, tidy and responsible student or employed person. No pets, couples or smokers. You will be sharing with only one other person (me) a full-time working professional female
