本人在装修行业已经多年，有专业木工执照，正在积累建筑师资格证经验。在过去这些年里，一直在西人公司工作，熟悉澳洲建筑行业各法律条规，具有严谨与敬业的工作态度。从事的工作包括(但不限于)：商业楼维修，例如办公室，商店，旅馆，托儿所等场所，与民用HOUSE维修，例如：保险维修，房屋维护和各种室内改建工程。

我的工作范围大致如下：
- 移除/新增一面墙或房间
-装门与锁，铺地板，地角线，decking, pergola, 栅栏，
- 钉板, 补洞，抹灰，打磨，油漆

I am a Handyman with a carpentry licence. I have been doing maintenance for commercial buildings, such as office, university, shops, hotels and childcare center etc, and residential properties, such as insurance repair, general maintenance and big renovation projects etc, for more than 6 years.

Range of my work:
- Residential and commercial maintenance
-Remove/add walls, door frames, doors, locks, windows, architraves, floor boards, decks, pergolas。
- All carpentry work: framings, doors and locks, windows, floors, skirting and architraves, deckings
- Patch holes, plastering, sanding and painting

No jobs are too small for us.
