1.房子位于woolloongabba, 地址是6 lockhart st.

2.走路7分钟到boggo road公交车站。公车（29,109，139,169,209）1分钟到UQ。

3.走路5分钟到mater hill公交车站，所有从南区去city的公交车都经过mater hill公交车站，包括120，125，130，135，140，150，160，等等，等等，等等,5分钟到city,方便去griffith southbank,QUT. 反方向各种公交车（120,130,140,150,160.。。。）5分钟到griffith mt gravatt, garden city, sunnybank...

4.公寓旁边有Local shopping center,有各种蔬菜水果超市（超级便宜），亚洲超市，面包房，中餐馆，快餐店，理发店，药店，健身房等等。

5.走路10分钟可到达southbank,和woolloongabba购物中心，有coles等

6.公寓是2011年3月刚刚建好的全新公寓，一共三层，我们的房子位于2楼。采光好，通风好，并且所有家具配备齐全。

7.出租单人房，有单独超大浴室，单独冰箱，built-in超大衣柜，并与另外一对couple合用超大厨房，超宽敞客厅，以及巨大阳台。家里配备，空调，电扇，超大50寸电视，冰箱，洗碗机，洗衣机，烘干机，微波炉，超齐全厨具碗筷。

单人$240每周(包水费，share电费，unlimited网络，gas)。需交四周Bond。
