Rent: $185 per week(including electrcity, water and unlimited Internet)

Bond: 4-week bond

Preferred tenant: Students

Smoking: Not permitted

Pets: Not permitted

The property is about 15 mins walk to UQ, and 2 mins walk to bus stop (the one in front of Nando’s). It is convenient for students in UQ and QUT.

The room available is furnished, including a double bed with mattress, build-in wardrobe, study desk and chair, unlimited ADSL2+.

You are going to share the unit with a quiet and nice Chinese couple (students). We are looking for a clean and tidy person to share this property.
