Cost is $250 per week including fair use of water, electricity and gas; plus a refundable bond equivalent to four-weeks rent. Shared use of ADSL internet access is negotiable. A time-unlimited on-street car parking permit has been obtained from Council and is ready for your use. There are also visitors' car parking spaces in the basement of the complex.
Prefer a person who enjoys shared living and will treat this as a home (i.e. looking after it). Must be tidy, mature/considerate, reliable and fun-loving. With convenient public transport to the CBD, the Valley, South Brisbane, West End, St. Lucia, Kelvin Grove, Gardens Point, Herston, etc., this location is most suitable for professionals especially those working in Mater Hospital, PA Hospital, Royal Brisbane Hospital, or in the inner city, and students studying at the UQ St. Lucia, QUT KG and GP, or other establishments on the Southbank.
