You should bringenough money to cover your immediate needs. We suggest that you bring enough moneyto cover your subsistence, your accommodation and your academic fees for aminimum of six weeks – until your bank account is fully operational.
You may like tobring this money in the form of traveller’s cheques, should you have beenunable to open a local bank account prior to your arrival in the UnitedKingdom. You may like to consider opening a UK Bank account prior to departure.
