"We actually don't handle the group complain. YOu can view the information about we only handle individual complain on the website. We think you are only represent a group of people from your family, not 51 people from a community. "
好消息是：
“Everybody in the group must go to our website and make their own complain. Each group member need to have their own case officer and own profile number. Each group member need to write a complain, provide their visa details for us, Evidence of communicating with DIAC, because each member may have different situation”.
