[ - $130全包 - ]St Lucia近UQ短租3个月

St Lucia近UQ房屋出租，
$130/week -- 水，电，网（无限）全包。
不跟房东同住，生活自由。
去Bio Library 慢走10min，有bus去City，走去车站约3min。
吃饭的话，去Nandos或者HawKenDrive都很方便~
离小黑店也很近~走去3min
家具和各种设施齐全：
房间本身在St Lucia地区属于大房，而且在二楼，不会有Flood的危险。
房间内有墙壁内置的大衣柜和单人的书桌以及床铺
公共设施有：微波炉，烤箱，洗衣间，吸尘器等。+很大的客厅。
现在居住的室友都非常友善和安静，就算平时喜欢带朋友回家吃饭聚会也没有问题~
因为我本人假期不在布里斯班，所以想自己贴钱把房间暂时短租出去，不是为了赚钱。
适合在UQ需要上SummerCourse，来这边上语言学校，或者假期留在这边打工的同学。

时间：11月20日 - 2月25日
