事情是这样的，我去年10月31日递交的TR，为了是PY，我当时不知道申请任何澳洲签证，都要把配偶包括进去的，后来今年9月1，我找中介递交了DRC885，用的是本科会计+硕士，再这份885APPLICATION，我把我老婆Include进去了，也就是这个时候我知道申请签证要陈述婚姻关系的。随即，我的中介又帮我发了1份1022表格里面包括了我和我老婆2008年年底在国内结婚证书的公证给移民局。
今天这个移民局D Takis的人，发了这封信给我，请问我该如何回答？
