5. English Language Proficiency
Requirements – one of (a) or (b) will apply
Section 5(a) You will not be required to take the International English Language
Testing System (IELTS) test if you have
undertaken two final years of secondary education and the
study for the academic qualification in law in a country where English is the
native or first language where you have lived in that country or countries for
the duration of those studies.
Section
5(b)If you do not comply with section 5(a) you must
undertake the IELTS (academic) test achieving an aggregate score of 8 or more
as indicated in the table in section 5(b) and below. Test results must not be
more than 2 years old. You must attach an original
IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) and insert the date of the test in section 5(b) of
the form as indicated.
