这幢房子位于GARDEN CITY对面，７００米可以走到汽车总站，对于工作和GRIFFITH，QUT，UQ的学生都非常方便。只有四年新的游泳池和TREEHOUSE ，也特别适合有孩子的家庭。不想走路的人门外50米就有去GARDENCITY的BUS。

楼上三间卧室，分隔开的浴室和厕所，厨房和客厅都很宽敞明亮，很大户外空间人见人爱。楼下有客厅酒吧，有独用厨房，两个卧室，宽大卫浴带三角SPA，主卧房带衣帽间。楼上楼下除了洗衣机全部都是完全分开的。

12月23日可以联系我看房／入住，可以整租也可以单独租用楼上或者楼下的单层，不租单间。不带家具账单整租全套$550，屋顶上装有1.5kw太阳能发电系统，白天发电免费使用；分租楼上或者楼下者, 包家具和基本水电网费价格楼上$420, 楼下$320，自带家具各减$40，如果愿意打理泳池和花园再减$15。签正规合同，BOND押去RTA，符合条件的人可以申请政府补助。（补助条件我不太清楚，够不够格请自行去centrelink询问，我只能提供住房部分的证明而已。）

1.没有master, 楼下大房有衣帽间，也直通浴室，但浴室是共用的，看房型图就明白。
2.没有车库，门前有棚停两辆车。
3.整租家具面议，因为一大套和两个小套是不同的，看怎么配置了。

做了个新的布局图。为了节省大家的电话费，请仔细看清楚了再提问。放大的照片在相册连接里面都可以找到。
这只是提供参考的，房子里面现在没有任何家具电器，要包家具的一定要先签约（最少一年）交定金才开始采购。
