我已经第二次公证我的毕业证和学位证了，可是sydney U说又不行，要突出我的学位是根据“中华人民共和国学位条例”颁发的才行，公证一次都要几百块啊，怎么能这样拘于小节啊？还要做第三次公证？天啊？有谁申请usyd时遇到过这么麻烦的事啊？
