1. full furnitured ( at least have bed and table)
2. price below 100/week
3. have hot water, washing machine, ovens and other necessary facilities.
4. good and safe environment, which is easy to go to city ( not far away from train station or tram station)

Also, now I am looking for a female roomate, who is also single, student or PR, who also would study at University Melbourne. We can find house together and live together. I am quite a nice girl, who love outdoors and reading. If you are a party or club animal, don't find me.
