4房2卫浴，一层砖房，大理石+全木厨房，多橱柜；不锈钢煤气灶具及洗碗机，厅有冷暖空调，超大全皮沙发，6人座大木桌；后院全封闭，安全又没有蚊虫的烦扰。500GB telstra 光纤（cable）高质快网。每间房间都有自己的门锁，拎包入住。
房租全包，电费包绝大部分（因全房有4台分体空调，但每人每周只多付几块钱，历史纪律最高$5/周，）

（一）：2 X 大单人间，大窗户，双人床、9个抽屉的矮柜，大书桌，电脑椅，台灯，电风扇。。。（每间只住一人）
饭厅有大马力空调马上入住$110/周，暑期特价到2月份，2月后$135/周
这2个房间只和1个人（女生) 公用分开的淋浴间和厕所间
整房注满4人或5人/取决于主人套房，包括这2间。

（二): 1 间超大主人房，独立卫生间，空调，double 床，大书桌，电脑椅，台灯，电风扇， 2个入墙衣柜，2面墙都有大窗。空调不另外收费
            $200/周    1人住
            $250/周    2人住 -----

因为现住的都是长住，安静，不party的学生，所以也想找爱清静，讲卫生的人士入住。长住优先！
房内禁烟，全屋最多住5人。
