现在看到optus以及iinet都是有流量限制的PLAN，而且价格都高出一些，想问一下有没有用过这两家的，是不是的确比TPG要快一些（从PING，延迟这个角度来讲）

此外，哪家的安装时间比较短，刚才问了TPG，还是需要10~20个工作日，那不就是一个月断网。。。。这日子没法过啊

之前旧家也是用TPG，线就慢到... 想发火

现在新家用 TPG ，刚开始线都很顺畅（以为他们有进步了）一到最近下雨，然后一直断线，一直一直断，一个早上不懂重启几次路由器啊，紧急要用时断线真的让人抓狂啊！！

cable是光纤吧？去年听说UQ河对面那些TPG用户都免费得到upgrade到cable是真的么。。。。
我测了一下，预估CABLE 2478米，不知道这个PING会多惨，几乎是这个交换机的边缘了。
所以TPG啦，iiNet什么的，对同一个地理位置没有PING上的不同么？
那请问有没有哪家能在两个礼拜能装好的？

TPG是没有CABLE的，只有ADSL。如果你离交换机很远，那带宽肯定不行了，但是PING倒是不一定很惨，影响PING的因素很多，不完全是距离。
telstra可以两星期装好，但是可能要额外付费安装。如果可以cable首选cable.
另外cable不是光纤，cable是铜线, 光纤是FIBER，现在能装光纤的地方还是极少的。

我是租房子的，CABLE会需要来墙上打个洞什么的么?感觉owner不会approve啊

如果你的房子以前没有用过cable那确实需要把cable通进屋子，但是墙上是留一个像电话接口的东西，不会难看的。telstra的ADSL需要装电话才能使用，cable不需要。

没必要省个，10元，20元的，
比如我就后悔签vodaphone了，为了每月多省那么9元还是5元，结果给国内大电话经常信号不好，而之前用了4年optus一直没问题

如果是有时间有耐心的，TPG不错，如果是像我这样，希望立刻连网的，还是OPTUS和TELSTRA这两个主供应商比较迅速，其他公司都要依赖他们，所以自然就慢了。[同行业竞争压制? Maybe]

我也用TPG，朋友家也用TPG，不過他家用的是幾百刀的MODEM，上網完全沒問題，我家就… :(

其實和MODEM有沒有关系？
我也用TPG，朋友家也用TPG，不過他家用的是幾百刀的MODEM，上網完全沒問題，我家 ...

我现在就在用TPG，猫是四年前在澳洲花了59刀买的，除了每天需要重启一次[基本断定为这个渣猫的局限性]之外，TPG自身还是比较稳定的。偶尔会上国内卡，看起来似乎是前段日子海底光缆歇菜的缘故。
