我們的位置：
位於Altandi火車站與Pinelands Shopping Centre之間的便利巷道中，距離主要幹道Mains Rd.和Beenlaigh Rd.極近，卻不受大馬路往來車聲的干擾。周圍鄰居以當地居民和上班族為多，環境單純安全。

附近交通：
走路8分鐘到Altandi火車站和公車站，有公車139、130、140可搭往Griffith University Nathan Campus、UQ St. Lucia Campus、市中心Queens St.，火車1小時到Gold Coast。另外附近還有Pinelands Shopping Centre，有Coles、連鎖韓國超市Hanaro Mart、益友肉店，以及各式中西吃食小店可以選擇。走遠一點(走路15分鐘)還有大昌華人超市可以購買各式亞洲風味食材調料，方便又不用人擠人。

房屋格局：
為澳洲傳統的High-rise House格局，三房一衛一廁，房屋內部均已整修重新裝潢過，廚房和衛浴設備都是新的。目前招租的房間為一大一小兩間Single Room，格局方正，採光明亮，同住的Housemate只有一對台灣Couple。

房屋設備：
房內家具：大間單人房Queen/小間單人房Single Size Bed、衣櫃、書桌、椅子、書架、遮光窗簾和垃圾桶。
廚房設備：大型冰箱、微波爐、電烤箱、電鍋、電爐、豆漿機、果汁機、燒水壺、公用廚房用品、餐具與個人收納空間。
其他設備：洗衣機、防雨曬衣場、TPG無限寬頻網路、Off-road Parking、大庭院與小菜圃(後院及陽台可養寵物，但不可入室內)。

房價：大間單人房AUD$150p. w.，小間單人房AUD$120p. w.，均為水電網全包價格。Bond金為4周。可額外提供早晚餐兩餐，價格另議。

即日起可入住，承租長期者優先，歡迎愛安靜、喜好乾淨整潔、不吸菸的朋友們來看看環境。
