大家好，首先祝大家蛇年大吉求租一个独立套间，一室一厅的，我和我妻子都是学生，不抽烟也不是party型，想寻求一个环境好的，带家具的最好，地脚安静的，有车库或cover的停车场，有公交车去city方便的，位置想在南区sunnybank附近的或者是south bank那边的都行，还希望有做饭基本的条件（烤箱和电炉灶），因为平时做饭比较频。哪个好心人要是有合适的房子，我随时都可以去看房，任何价钱我们都可以接受，但是全包的最好（电，网），省事。


时间方面我们可长期住，最短超过6个月，要是房子成度新，环境条件都超赞的话，时间会租在1年半左右。


我现在住的是master的，所以如果定好了要搬出去大概要2到3周的时间，前段时间有很多地方没有写清楚，真是抱歉，谢谢大家了！十分感谢！


虽然条件比较多，但是请大家理解，毕竟不是自身一人，所以也请有房源的朋友们不要吝啬，大胆的说出来吧·····
