楼主，无论你怎样转，只要更改名字，就会被当作房屋买卖行为，可能会attract CGT（投资税）， jia she 你这个房子是自住的，你没有或者你的其他澳洲房产都是属于投资房，那你这套房子转给你的亲戚就不用缴税，但是这套房子的价格将依然依照Market Value来换算， 价格将是更改屋主那天的市场价(Cost Base)。 以后如果你亲戚卖房而这套不是你亲戚的自住房的话，他们所得的利润将以这个市场价来计算然后缴税.

不是你主不主观的问题, 政府是看你客观条件. 如果你现在就住在这个房子里, 你没有其他房产, 你就被视为自住,如果你有其他房产, 你又不住在这套房子里面,那就视为投资房, 你过户给你亲戚, 如果此时市场价高于你当初买房子的价格,你就要交投资税, 虽然你没有从你的亲戚中收取任何费用 请忽略你的主观~~!!
