I have a nice one bed room to let in Manchester city center.(5 minutes walk from Piccadilly station) 5 minutes walk to UMIST campus.
Its a four bedroom house and very brand new. private garden for barbecue, 2 bathrooms. all furnitured. telephone, internet etc
70 pounds per week not including the bills. 300 pound deposit.
The room is available on 12 October and there are two males one female live here
