IT’S AN INDIVIDUAL ROOM (NOT A SHARE ROOM)
Easily walk to the city or take the FREE LOOP service nearby or bus stop in front of the house
The room is available in 1-2 weeks
We share ADSL2 together as well as water and electricity bills, it’s about $20/week for all.
We would love to have someone who really loves quiet and tidy and can stay no less than 6 months to share this fully furnished house with us.
Inspections are absolutely welcomed.
