去年由于海关政策的不稳定的确导致了一些服务上的缺失，这里和你说声不好意思，相信当时也按照程序与您协商处理了，也希望你可以理解。我们目前的清关的流程和速度都非常稳定，而且由昆士兰本地公司独立运作，希望有机会可以再合作，谢谢你的关注。
