Hello 親愛的大家

房间已租
我們這邊有一間 Single Room 即將在七月底 (7月28日) 出租, 以下是詳細一點的介紹. 地址: 16 Gailey Road, St Lucia, 4067 (Shell Patrol 斜對面) (可以google map一下 ~ )

[交通]
1. 近 University of Queensland ( 公車: 5-6分鐘 )
2. 近 Toowong Village/ Toowong Shopping Centre (走路: 10-12分鐘, 公車: 1-2 分鐘)
3. 公車站- 411 (走路30秒-1分鐘-就在building 協旁邊)
- 412, 402 (走路 1-2 分鐘)
[環境]
1. 我們是一棟Building裡面的其中一個 Unit (或稱 Flat)
2. 兩個房間(double & single), 共用廚房, 客廳, 浴室, 廁所 and 陽台 (很長,可以有自己的曬一空間)
3. 家具全部 Furnished (除了空調, 能想得到的都有)

[人]
1. 我自己在這個unit住了要三年多了, 自己是UQ的研究生, 本科生也是在UQ讀的, 這裡住的很方便, 價錢又還可以所以就一直住著了~ 跟之前的房客相處也很融洽開心
2. 對房客的要求沒有太多的條條框框, 只要: 基本上的整潔觀念有 (自己吃的碗自己洗之類的呀~),
不抽菸, 男生女生都可以.
3. 個人認為非常適合在UQ讀書的同學們, 或者在City 附近打工的先生女士

[價錢]
1. 水電網全包 - 185 元整
2. 希望可以住 3 個月以上
3. 確定住進來前需要繳 1個禮拜的 deposit, 搬進來後繳 2個禮拜的 Bond (租約到期後會全部退回~)
