条件是：obtain chinese degree withoverall average of 75% or overall grade b or higher.
我不知道如何提供这个证明给他，我的七个学期的成绩平均分是78分，我申请是只给了6个学期的成绩。我现在怎么办呢？是给学校证明呢，还是签证时证明啊？
一般要有多少钱的存款证明啊？
