我申请的中国国家留学基金委资助的访问学者项目，英国一年。办签证时，
tier5 还是 tier2?
下面的是否正确：
不需要工作许可，不考雅思，tier2
需要工作必考雅思，tier5
令，如果需要英语成绩的话，中国国家教育部的那个（certificate for goverment-sponsored scholars going to study aborad)是不是可以?
