该apartment位于southport中心地带Nexus tower，该大楼设施一应俱全，包括泳池，健身房，烧烤区和电影院等等。

从大楼走去southport中心的Australia fair和学校TAFE只要3分钟。楼下即是southport的中心枢纽，一部车即可到达Griffith，surfers，harbor town和broadbeach等GC各处。所以生活，交通都绝对地便利。另外，步行5分钟即可到达海边broadwater park。

房子内设备都齐全，包括冰箱，空调，洗衣机，烤箱等等。还有一个超大阳台，从阳台可以看到一望无际的大海。风景十分优美。

目前，公寓内住有三人，均是Griffith的学生。若你入住将与一个友善，干净的男生share一个洗手间。另外还有两个爱生活，爱干净，爱煮饭的女生哦，所以入住后包你能得到静时利于学习，热闹时气氛活跃的一个温馨家庭哦。
