1、在中国地区推介澳洲、美国、英国、加拿大等海外房产业务，为中国客户提供优质一站式海外置业服务。
2、了解客户需求，为客户提供专业的海外房产投资咨询服务，帮助其完成购房流程，协助客户办理物业管理、代租等全程跟进， 全方位安心服务；
3、通过电话、网络等方式与客户进行购房前的邀约工作；积极跟进潜在客户, 提高销售效率，实现销售机会到成功销售的最大转化，完成销售目标；
