5月20日晨7:20来到领事馆门外，7:40开始放人，约8:10进入签证区。8:30开了2、3、4号窗口。只见2号窗口的胖VO对一申请探亲的年轻女士很不友好，在用中文交涉了10分钟左右后，遭拒签。再看4号窗口的glass VO对探亲的一再否决，我的心情也不由糟糕。好在，3号窗的胡子VO还比2、4号要nice。终于，在9点10分左右，我之前的探亲签证又遭拒的情况下，我上场了。胡子VO开始一直用中文和我对话，我坚持用英语对答，到后半程，胡子VO用英语对话。后来，我回想起签证的情况，可谓：有惊无险。
M：Hi! Good morning sir! Nice to meet you! Please see my documents.
我将第一个用分页标签分开的包含护照、签证费收据、DS156&157、I-20的文件夹递了进去。
VO将四个材料取了出来，将文件夹递还给我。鉴于此,后来我将需要的文件从文件夹中取出递给VO,没有再递文件夹.
VO：你出过国吗？
M：I traveled XX in XXX.
VO:你去美国读什么？
M: I am going to study in XX University for an MBA degree.
VO: 你打算在美国呆多久？
M：2 years
VO：你以前毕业于哪个学校？
M: I got both my master degree and bachelor degree in XX University.
VO：请出具你的毕业证。
我忙将申请时，学校出具的英文版、有钢印和红章的毕业证明递给他
VO：这个不是正式的，不算数。
我有点发懵，立即强调This is official. There is seal on it.（我未携带原版毕业证）
VO 仍然摇头，说不行。
M：Please see my transcripts. They are in the same form.
VO收下了我的transcripts，点了点头。
VO：你工作多久了？
M：I have been working for 5 years.
VO：你为什么读XX学校？
M: XX University has great reputation especially in finance and ……
我稍作停顿，VO继续发问。
VO：请出示学校的录取材料。
M：Please see the admission letter and a letter specially addressed to you.(学校给签证官出具了一封信)
VO：你还申请了什么学校？
我一口气说了四个学校。
VO：请拿出证明你申请了这些学校的信函等资料。
我再次发懵，我没带其余这些学校的资料。边想，边作答：You can see my GMAT and TOEFL score, there are those school’s name and code.( 我带的GMAT成绩单上有一家学校的名字)
VO：Thank you.
VO：你有资金证明吗？
M: Yes. Here is my deposit certificate.
VO：What will you do after your MBA?
M: I will come back to China to start a financial consulting firm of myself.
VO: Why?
M: Because I have been working in China’s bank for a long time, I have understood the existing problems of the Chinese banking sector. I want to help them correct the problems and strengthen the management.
VO: Give me three examples of existing problems you talked about?
M: Pardon?我只听见了three，还以为会是回国的三个理由。
VO: Repeat.
M: From my work experience, I have found China’s banking sector requires improvement especially in ……….
VO: Congratulations. You have got your visa. Good luck to your MBA studies in USA.
M: Thank you very much. Have a nice day!
总体感受：
1、 材料一定要尽可能准备充分，避免象我出现两次发懵的情况。
2、 万一出现意想不到的问题，沉着迎战，再VO否决之前，迅速利用手里现有的资料间接佐证，不能承认未带齐材料。
3、 对回国计划要有合情合理的详细准备，知其所以然。
4、 个人以为，MBA的签证者若穿着得体，会有不少折数。
