vo问了些基本情况，然后问我要research plan，我压根没准备就说没有写下来。vo给了我个黄单子要求我fax research plan到使馆然后大概要3个星期处理。另外还给了我个粉色的check单子。
请教这种情况是check吗？会被拒吗？
早知道国内签证这么麻烦就不回来了。。。
