位于blackwattle st （近Upper Mount Gravatt），走路去gardencity shopping center和Bus Stop5分钟，169直达uq，150，160直达city，方便去uq，griffith的学生。
五间房间，楼上三个，楼下两个，每层都有一个厕所，一共两个厕所，每个有shower。

现在有两个房间空出，一个是楼上的大的single room 房租$160，11月11号空出。另一个是楼下的single room，下周开始空出，房租$130.
房屋信息：
炉灶，床垫，地毯都是全新的，刚换的
房子后院有宽大泳池
每个房间配有风扇，桌子，椅子，衣橱
不能养宠物不能吸烟没有嵌入的烤箱，只有一个小烤箱房屋价格可以商量
无线网络，不限流量

房子虽然是短租，最少一个月，提前两周告诉我要搬走。bonds收两周。11月11号到1月31号空出。欢迎提前看房
