我代我舍友发出这间房子的信息，他将于11月22号左右到2月27号去实习，所以他的房间会空下来。
这是一间非常multicultural的大house，如果你有summer course在UQ读，那这里将会是你理想的选择！这个位于Munro St的大房子距Auchenflower Station仅四百米距离。从这里乘火车7分钟即可到达city，一分钟到Milton或者toowong，在外面吃饭也方便。毗邻Milton Rd，但是十分清静。

房间内家具齐全，台灯也不用你准备，拎包即可入住。卫生间洗澡间和同一楼层的flatties公用，楼上楼下都有厨房，冰箱空间充足。

房租是$160/w, 水电网气全包，不用担心bill的问题！
房子的common area每两周会有人来定期打扫哦！
