今天午餐，十分钟制作，十分钟烘烤.

免揉比薩

這個食譜很適合開”Pizza Party,” 可以給每人一小塊比薩麵皮，然後自己放自己喜歡的料。

但這是替代版的麵皮，所以不像真的比薩是比較有口感，而是像scone類似的口感，但如果你喜歡厚皮的比薩，這個真的不錯。

面皮:

Self-raising flour 1cup
Butter 1T
Salt a pinch
Milk 100ml

做法:

把麵粉和鹽和一和，加入奶油，用手把奶油和麵粉搓在一起，直到麵粉像細的麵包粉。
把牛奶加入，揉成像麵團一樣就停止。一開始會很濕黏，不要加粉，輕輕揉一會，就會變乾像麵團。
取適當麵團壓成你喜歡的形狀。依序放上比薩醬、起司和你喜歡的料。

送進烤箱，200度十分鐘。
