位于Macgregor有一独立套间出租~

房子是砖房，南北朝向，冬暖夏凉~ 套间包括一室一厅，独立卫浴，还有一个很简易的厨房。单人每周$250，两人$280, 包水电网（网络unlimited）.

地点走路8分钟到Mains rd公交站（3 zone），有130 140 133 137到City，139到UQ，而且上车后公车直接上高速（第二站就是Griffith）到哪里都非常快。开车的话2分钟上M3（CIty方向），去griffith山顶校区5-7分钟，去garden city shopping center, sunnybank商区也各种便捷~ 步行去garden city 20 分钟，据说也可以走路去 griffith...google map一下就能看出来远近~

出租的套间位于一楼，一楼只有你/你们自己住，与楼上完全分开。虽然是一楼，但有落地玻璃门窗，阳光超好, 夏天也很凉快~ 我们提供的家具有床，床头柜，衣柜，大长书桌转椅，客厅沙发，电视柜，黑色小茶几。外面有微波炉，电炉和冰箱（冰箱神马的也不用和别人share哈~ 完全独享~）

红色坐垫后面的房间是卧室，里面有Queen bed,衣柜和储物隔层

现在的租客自己也有一张床，所以下面的照片厅里也有张床。。。床黑色书柜和上面的电脑屏幕是现在的租客的，到时会搬走，其他家具都会保留在这里

厕所和卫浴

厨房里有微波炉，大冰箱，一个简易的电炉有两个top, 如果经常做饭的话，貌似是不太适合：P
