位置超便利：位于Runcorn Nemie Road旁边静街，步行3分钟可以到150、153、157路公车站直达Garden City, Griffith U, 和City；步行10-15分钟可以到SunnybankHills Shopping Centre或大昌超市。
环境安静：没有车或火车可以把你吵醒。静街，门口可停车。
房间很宽敞：配Queen size床、入墙衣柜和书桌，还有五斗柜方便收纳用品。
卫浴不用等：房客包你总共也就2位（另外一位是男生），share一个全新装修的卫浴，早上洗漱、晚上洗澡都不用等。
网络超快：TPG无限量网络，因为离基站近，信号超好，上网很爽！
价格很吸引：单人入住，水电网全包，仅$125/周。
