有同学一起合买BIWS投行教材和视频吗？level1和2，目前能力还不够level3，我和一位同事打算挑战一下这套培训，再找2-3位同学一起合买。 还不了解这家企业的同学可以看下他的网站，如果完全听不懂什么是M&A， LBO这些投行业务的请关闭当前页面。

BIWS是华尔街最大的培训机构，他的培训师全部来自华尔街IBD和PE部门，包括高盛，花旗，瑞银，黑石等。它的套餐是网上公认的最优秀的自学培训课程，包括excel、财务、估值、高级估值、M&A、LBO等模块，一共79个小时的课程和PDF手把手指导，远超其他竞争对手，价格也是几大机构自学版里最低的。

Level 1 • Get Started With Breaking Into Finance 包含以下两块内容，单买的话是97USD，level 1一起买是144USD

这个是投行社交和面试技巧，俗称职场软能力，教如何从一个毫无关系的学生慢慢建立自己的社交圈（尤其适用于完全没什么人脉的留学生），然后利用社交关系得到一个面试机会，以及投行面试的步骤和策略，哪些问题该问或不该问也都有概括。如果你的志向不是投行，那学会了这套技巧也绝对是如鱼得水，凸凹的这些小公司拦不住你了。

Level 2 • Learn Financial Modeling 包含以下两块内容，单买是347USD，level 2一起买是497USD
Excel and Fundamentals
Advanced Modeling

这个是金融建模课程，也就是投行分析师天天使用的工具，算是职场硬技术了，讲的非常全面，从Excel的基本设置，金融的快捷键，一步步到VBA，直至建模测试。基本上全部掌握，像Citi Bank，HSBC， Commonsec，AMP capital 乃至JP M这些投行部的面试Excel 测试都没有问题。


Level1+Level2 的资料和视频全买下来估计是900刀澳元左右，我和同事愿意出60%，再找俩人出40%，大约180刀一人。
