因为本人毕业即将回国，现转手UQ St Lucia大牌子旁边(117 Macquarie Street)一套两室一卫一车库Unit。

因为我要回国了所以愿意take这个房子的你也一定要一起接收屋内的家具，这样你也不用再购买家具搬进搬出了。

家具价格很便宜包括：冰箱，微波炉，电视+机顶盒+电视柜，洗衣机，餐桌+椅子，大小床+床垫各1，书桌+转椅，沙发。

房子整体较旧，但是好处是离学校近，租金也便宜，并且是厨房是天燃气炉，方便中国学生炒菜。本人在这里住了2年。合约是与中介Arthur Conias签的，$305/week, 到2016年7月22日，到时可以与中介继续续约。

房子2月6号之后 availabe
