现有一单间7月11日起租，位于Marmion Pde, Taringa。具体细节如下：

房门前有小院子和BBQ设备
超大可容纳两辆车的车库，可以放置很多物品
现代厨房以及安全性能良好的电炉烤箱
地势高比较凉爽，而且客厅附带空调，室内有落地风扇，
提供所有家具和厨具，Queen size 大床，入墙大衣柜以及书桌，拎包入住
交通便利，出门有多路车站，走路1-4分钟不等，走到Train station 大概6分钟
坐车7-10分钟左右到UQ St Lucia 校区（414, 427, 428, 432, 411)，大概坐车10分钟到CITY （444, 445, 454, 460, 417, take off at BBC)
地点极佳，生活方便。超近到DOMINO PIZZA，JETTS健身房，走路到INDOOROOPILY shopping center, 附近还有公园可以锻炼身体。
现在$150澳币一周，包括热水费和网费，只均摊电费.

女学生优先，需要俩周的BOND。因为更换了摆放方式以及添置了些家具，照片略有不同。
