We are looking for an experienced part-time Practice Managerfor our busy medical centre in Sunnybank Hills. To be considered for thisposition you will have Practice Management experience. As the Practice Manager,you will ensure our patients and visitors to the Practice receive a timely andprofessional service.

Your duties include but are not limited to

Oversee customer service and management of the patient experience
Managing, training & mentoring staff and staff’s performance (Human resources)
Manage budgets and finical plans
Interpret and apply medical terminology appropriately
Work with diverse people
Manage legal and culture ethical compliance
Implement and monitor infection prevention control policy and procedures
Manage billing and accounting system (Medicare, DVA, Workcover)
Manage work health and safety
Manage recruitment and human resource
Stock taking and ordering, manage medical equipment

Successful candidates will have:

Previous experience in Medical Centre or similar experience
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, team work skills.
Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Working knowledge of and experience in the Medicare Benefits Schedule and GPA
